Electronic claim submission (837P), ERA auto-posting, claim status checks, denial worklists, and secondary claims carry no per-claim fees — they're included flat with Pro. All of the above runs on ChiroFlow's own HIPAA-covered infrastructure and BAA'd partners: one bill, no separate vendor accounts to contract.

What you bring

  • A Stripe account if you want to take card payments. Direct connect — your money, your account.
  • A Google Workspace account if you want Google Calendar two-way visibility. We support Standard (free/busy public) and Private (OAuth) modes.
  • A 10DLC SMS brand registration if you want sub-second SMS reminders. We help with the application; carriers gate the timeline.
  • A signed BAA from any THIRD-party SaaS you choose to integrate (e.g. your billing service). ChiroFlow doesn't subcontract PHI to vendors outside AWS.

Frequently asked

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new signup gets a 14-day free trial on whichever tier you pick (Site, Plus, or Pro). Your card is on file at Stripe from day one, but no charge drafts until day 15. Cancel anytime before then from your billing settings and you'll never be charged. After day 14 the subscription auto-converts to paid at your chosen tier's monthly or yearly price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with one click from your billing settings — you keep access through the end of the paid period, then your tenant is archived. Annual prepays don't auto-refund the unused months, but you can switch to monthly at any time.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you're never surprised by a partial-month charge.
Do I own my data? Can I export it?
Yes — it's your data, full stop. One click builds a complete export of your whole practice — patients, appointments, notes, billing, claims, audit log — in both JSON and CSV, free, any time (uploaded file binaries ship by manifest, handed over on request during offboarding). On cancellation we hand you a final copy before retiring your tenancy, retaining only what HIPAA requires (audit trails, 6 years). We never sell, share, or train on your data.
If my data is exported, can I restore from it?
Honest answer: no, and that's deliberate. The export is a portability record — your data in open formats, to keep or hand to another system — not a restore point. Replaying a stale snapshot over a live practice would erase every visit, note, and payment recorded since the file was built, and signed clinical notes are legally immutable once signed. Recovery is our job, and it's stronger than a file you remembered to download: automated daily backups of the database and every patient file, retained 35 days, written to a lock-protected vault that survives deletion of the source, with a copy kept in a second AWS region. Getting records into a practice — a fresh ChiroFlow tenancy or anywhere else — runs through our migration tools, which read the export's CSVs directly.
Is ChiroFlow HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. The core runs on AWS HIPAA-eligible services under one signed AWS BAA — auth, database, storage, email, CDN, all of it — plus three narrowly-scoped BAA'd partners: claims clearing, patient mail, and email failover. We hold every BAA so you never chase one. The audit log is append-only with 6-year retention. Stripe handles payments only and is BAA-exempt under the HIPAA payment-processing carve-out (it never sees PHI).
Are there setup fees or per-staff seat charges?
No per-seat fee and no per-patient fee — one subscription covers your whole practice, with unlimited staff, patients, and intake submissions. There's no setup fee for anyone. Storage has a fair-use ceiling that no chiropractic practice we've seen has come close to.
What kind of support do I get?
Email support with same-day responses on weekdays, included on every tier. The Concierge Support add-on ($49/mo) bumps that to same-day on weekends and a direct line to me (Don, the founder). I'm also a practicing chiropractor running ChiroFlow at my own clinic, so the support you get is from someone using it the same way you do.
Do you have an AI scribe?
Yes — an ambient scribe is built in. Record the encounter (with the patient's consent) and it drafts the SOAP note for your review — nothing lands in the chart until you approve it. Voice dictation and smart-pick option lists are still there if you prefer them. It all runs inside our HIPAA-eligible AWS stack — no third-party scribe vendor to vet. Pricing is simple: only the scribe's recording time is metered, at $0.20 per recorded minute; every other AI feature — note narratives, rewrites, documentation checks — is included in your flat subscription.
